`FlightCancelBooking`

The FlightCancelBooking enables customer to cancel a booking. If booking status is issued so we void all tickets otherwise we cancel just the PNR. When process is successfully finished, the API returns the status of the booking and its cyberese reference. Otherwise it returns a friendly error message within an Error Node.
