Search & pricing
FlightStartSearchThis function is designed to search flights availability and fares for GDS and LCC content. It returns available flights for GDS and then launch routers searching LCC suppliers in relation to the search request.
FlightCheckSearchThis function is used to fetch the latest LCC results in relation to a previous FlightStartSearch. It should call with a suitable delay between each of 3 seconds delay in a global interval of 60 seconds until all suppliers “complete” status is set to True. Please note that responses may contain cached data that will be updated at a later stage.
FlightDetailThe FlightDetail request is submitted when the end-user selects a specific flight. The FlightDetail request is used to get information related to the selected flight, rules and price.
Booking
FlightBookingCreationThe FlightBookingCreation used to execute the booking (PNR creation in GDS) and to submit the travelers information’s in case of LCC. The response will contain a PNR number in case of GDS and a temporary supplier reference in case of LCC.
FlightImportPNRThe FlightImportPNR enables customer to import PNRs.When process is successfully finished, the API returns the PNR reference and Cyberesa local reference. Otherwise it returns a friendly error message within an Error Node.
FlightCancelBookingThe FlightCancelBooking enables customer to cancel a booking. If booking status is issued so we void all tickets otherwise we cancel just the PNR. When process is successfully finished, the API returns the status of the booking and its cyberese reference. Otherwise it returns a friendly error message within an Error Node.
Ticketing
FlightStartTicketIssuanceThe FlightStartTicketIssuance request is used to start ticket issuance process. For LCC it should be taken into account that supplier reference is valid for only 25 minutes after its creation (in FlightBookingCreation), so that ticket issuance call should not be done too much late. In GDS, PNR should be valid when FlightStartTicketIssuance is called and travel agency Office-ID should be allowed to issue tickets on this itinerary/airline.
FlightCheckTicketIssuanceThe FlightCheckTicketIssuance response returns the latest status of the ticket issuance process.
